Zindagi Na Milegi Dobaara – Those epic lines
Ever heard that phrase “Wanderlust knows no cure?” Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara proved exactly that. Oh! And how can you forget those amazing lines by Javed Akhtar Sa’ab?
“Dilon mein tum apni betabiyan leke chal rahe ho.
Toh Zinda ho tum!
Nazar mein khwaabon ki bijliyan leke chal rahe ho
Toh zinda ho tum!
Hawa ke jhonkon ke jaise aazad rehna seekho
Tum ek dariya ke jaise, leharon mein behna seekho
Har ek lamhe se tum milo khole apni baahein
Har ek pal ek naya samaa dekhiye
Jo apni aankhon mein hairaniyan leke chal rahe ho
Toh zinda ho tum!
Dilon mein tum apni betabiyan leke chal rahe ho
Toh zinda ho tum!”
Bhaag Milkha Bhaag – The turning point in Farhan’s career
Farhan Akhtar will definitely remember 2013 as his biggest year yet, perhaps due to the fact that his biggest hit “Bhaag Milkha Bhaag” hit the theaters then. The film showed Farhan’s dedication in portraying the character of Milkha Singh. Farhan also won the Filmfare Award for Best Actor for his performance in the movie.
What happened next was something that even his fans never thought of. Since Bhaag Milkha Bhaag, what followed was the disappointment Shaadi Ke Side Effects, followed by the semi hit Dil Dhadakne Do. After that, Farhan has had it tough to land a hit film in his kitty. Wazir, Rock On 2 and Lucknow Central were all duds at the box office.

In 2013, he started a social media campaign by the name of M.A.R.D which stands for Men Against Rape and Discrimination. The campaign was an instant success and also got the support of many Bollywood stars including Shahrukh Khan, Priyanka Chopra, Arjun Rampal and Hrithik Roshan.
Also, his relationship with Adhuna took a hit in 2016 when the couple officially separated.
But you know, Farhan is quite a player in this regard. There are rumors that he is dating Shraddha Kapoor. Hopefully, they make their relationship official soon.
